Nolan's Little Girlfriends

There was only one way Nolan was getting into his Bell this morning...with most of his African animals in tow. We couldn't just bring two, but finally had to settle on four, since two others had gone missing.
After biking Collin to Westwood we dropped Aaron at St. Stephens. In a classic case of "be careful what you wish for", Aaron enthusiastically got out of the car, walked with me on the red line to his coat/backpack hook, hung his belongings, placed his attendance star in the basket, and walked confidently into his room without looking back. Maybe eventually there can be a happy medium with this drop-off, like a hug goodbye?

Instead of returning home, Nolan and I met Meghan and Olivia and Jill and Nova at Edinborough for Nolan's very first 'without his brothers' play date. He and the girls had a good time climbing, bouncing, and exploring while I caught up with kindred souls, both former co-workers at the NMDP.
By 11:15 we were again on the move, running out the door to retrieve Aaron from preschool...but not without those ever important animals!
