BAA Baseball

To Adam's dismay, Collin has expressed an interest in America's favorite pastime. To provide him with the opportunity to learn baseball fundamentals, we committed Collin to BAA (Bloomington Athletic Association) Instructional Monday/Wednesday League. The SW Cubs, decked out in orange jerseys, will practice for the next 2 weeks until official coach pitched games begin on Monday, June 6. The season runs through Wednesday, July 13. The Wednesday evening practices/games overlap with Adam's 5.0 USTA summer league.

Collin already knows two of the kids on his team from, Logan Stans from Westwood and Andrew English from TLC daycare and Sunday school, and generally seems to be enjoying himself. Collin's hand/eye coordination has always been exceptional, so he's not having any difficulty hitting the ball. He also has quite an arm, easily throwing the ball to first base after fielding the ball in drills.
