We arrived home from Hill City on Monday night, and by Thursday afternoon Adam and the boys were picking me up from work so we could get in one more trip to Lake Vermilion before summers end, to celebrate Labor Day with
PaPa Minnows, Grandma Honey Honey, Ryan and his friend, Ben.
The boys, in addition to playing trucks in the gravel, fishing, and playing scoop toss, also made giant bubbles out on the deck. On Friday night, after Aaron had exited the bath, Collin started to get impatient. We reminded him, "Collin, we don't want to end a good day on a bad note." He replied, "You know what I didn't like about today?...sitting in this bath without any company." Well...Collin, then I guess it was a pretty good day.
Nolan catches a little nap with Uncle Ryan. Nolan also enjoyed napping in the Baby Bjorn while Mommy and Grandma Honey Honey got some exercise walking on the gravel road in the evenings.
Saturday morning we went fishing out in the big water, and caught lunch. The adults also enjoyed some healthy bean bag competitions.
