Baby Kate and Baby Nolan
I offered to watch Kate, in addition to James yesterday morning, so that Molly could spend some dedicated time with Henry at swimming lessons. Our trial run at this daycare arrangement worked surprisingly well, probably because Nolan and Kate took turns being awake. Henry tagged Kate at 11:00am, and the day resumed as usual.
This summer I've allowed Collin and Henry to forgo their naps for special afternoon playtime, free from the annoyances of their younger brothers. Today they built elaborate contraptions in the sandbox with scrap wood, bungee cords, golf clubs and their sandals.
Collin describes his "contraption", fashioned after "Max's math machine" from one of his library books with the same title.
